Bye Bye Liver

Bye Bye Liver explores "the pitfalls and the pratfalls" of drinking culture. It's a sketch-improv comedy interspersed with drinking games performed weekly at Hennessy's in Faneuil Hall. There's a chance you might see me in a dress.

Theatre

I acted on the stage from a very early age, in school and independent theatre, and I continued through my time at Brown, where one of my highlights was playing Shakespeare's Lear my final year. Last year I had the privilege of starring in Honest Ghost Productions' serial supernatural mystery Blood Rose Rising, which was very well received. These days I act (and drink) in The Pub Theatre's Bye Bye Liver, a sketch, improv and interactive weekly comedy show in Boston.

Blood Rose Rising

Blood Rose Rising was a ghostly serial drama performed in Naga in Cambridge. I starred as Robert Blackwood, a troubled Boston Brahmin whose supernatural visitations led to bloody encounters. This was the first big debut of my American accent.

King Lear

I was lucky enough to portray Lear in Shakespeare on the Green's adaptation of King Lear back in 2010. It was outside in the inverse round, so scenes happened on every side of the audience. I greatly enjoyed going mad and stripping off my clothes and wandering around in public. But is that any great surprise?

Rude Mechanicals: A Shakespearean Scenes Festival
I played Richard (Richard III) and Stephano (The Tempest) in this festival of Shakespearean scenes put on by Brown's Shakespeare on the Green.
